Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Technician - SBE to repair and recondition equipment at client locations and handle installation and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems. You will provide customer support to resolve questions and complaints related to equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, maintaining equipment on-site, documenting work and invoices, maintaining parts inventory, and ensuring safety compliance while delivering quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add lines and drainage.
• Must be willing to work with copper, braided and pex lines; typically 6 months–1 year in service operations or through vocational training.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers to investigate operating difficulties of equipment.
• Diagnose problems and determine correction.
• Make repairs or adjustments to return equipment to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location, including decanters and brewers.
• Maintain documentation including verification of closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately document work completed in mobile device.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to promote company image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and installations.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
