Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of outside sales experience.

• Sales knowledge and experience with agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profit by prospecting within the defined territory.
• Create customer specific proposals based on detailed needs analysis.
• Conduct market research to produce competitive comparisons.
• Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain sales management information for all customers in the territory.
• Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitor trends in customer’s business activities and report to management.
• Maintain knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate equipment for trading.
• Maintain knowledge of financing options to assist customers with purchases.
• Attend sales training events/seminars.
