C & B Operations, LLC, a progressive Deere dealership network, seeks a Sales Representative in Selby, SD. You will manage customer pipelines, present new equipment, and analyze market trends to drive sales and profitability.

You’ll build relationships across a competitive landscape, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate financing options while maintaining accurate customer records and vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and winning new business in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and sales presentation skills.
• Relates well to all kinds of people and builds trusting relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned sales territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
• Previous sales knowledge/experience with agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profit by prospecting within the territory.
• Create customer-specific proposals based on needs analysis.
• Conduct market research to produce competitive comparisons.

• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitor customer business trends and report to management.
• Assess used equipment values and advise on trading.
