Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. in Texas seeks an Equipment Operator (CDL) to support cementing, fracturing, or other field activities. You will maintain pumping equipment and assist pumping operations, while prioritizing safety and teamwork on site.

Candidates must read, write and speak English, wear required PPE, and be willing to travel to multiple sites as needed, including nights or weekends in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and eligible to drive a Company vehicle.
• Level 1: 6+ months as Equipment Operator Trainee or external fracturing experience.
• Level 2-4: progressive experience in fracturing equipment operation.
• Experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all HS&E policies and guidelines.
• Maintain equipment to high efficiency and readiness.
• Perform JSEA per Company regulations.
• Rig up/down and operate equipment including bulk sand trailers and cement units.
• Fuel trucks, act as fire watch, gate guard, and assist with site cleanup.
• Work safely with PPE at all times and uphold Code of Business Conduct.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
