This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with travel to project sites as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in construction/logistics, and proficiency with ERP and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in construction, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience or relevant coursework in construction, logistics, equipment operations, or warehouse management.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of PPE and site procedures.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Support equipment operations including receiving, staging, organizing, and tracking tools and equipment.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment to project sites; assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory records and data entry in ERP systems.
• Support equipment scheduling and document maintenance, repairs, calibrations.
• Respond to equipment requests and ensure proper documentation from site teams.
• Assist with check-in/out, track usage, identify damaged or missing items.
• Follow safety PPE policies and maintain clean storage yards and tool rooms.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce downtime.
• Lift/move heavy items; work outdoors or in warehouse settings; travel to job sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
