You will oversee mobilization/decommissioning of pumping, power, HVAC, and energy systems, participate in emergency response, and uphold strict safety standards to protect personnel and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics or engineering are a plus.
• Experience in mechanical, maintenance or related role with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C and water restoration or construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers, team members and internal resources.

Responsibilities

• Core Project & Operational Support System mobilization and decommissioning: assist and lead setup/tear down of equipment for pumping, power, HVAC, and energy systems.
• Emergency and disaster response: participate in rapid deployment and management of resources.
• Safety and compliance leadership: promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Compliance oversight: identify hazards and implement controls to minimize risk.
• Project coordination and efficiency: collaborate with project leads to monitor timelines and resources.
• Performance and delivery: ensure on-time project completion and efficient equipment operation.
