Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical certifications or education in mechanics or engineering is a plus.
• Experience in mechanical, maintenance or related role with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C and water restoration or construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers, team members and internal resources.

Responsibilities

• System Mobilization and Decommissioning: assist and lead setup/tear down of equipment for pumping, power distribution, HVAC, and energy/temporary utility systems.
• Emergency and disaster response: participate in rapid deployment and management of resources for disaster restoration and response efforts.
• Safety and compliance leadership: promote safe work environment and ensure adherence to company safety policies.
• Project coordination and efficiency: monitor timelines and resources with Project Leads and management; ensure timely completion and efficient equipment operation.
