Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment. You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, assist with loading and hitching trailers, and educate customers about our products and services.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Explain products, answer questions, and prepare rental invoices.
• Assist with equipment returns and propan e fills; participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
