Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service and help customers on their journeys. You will inspect and maintain equipment, assist with rentals, and use U-Haul technology to dispatch and return equipment. • Educate customers about products and services and prepare rental invoices.
• Complete equipment returns and install hitch and trailer wiring.
• Complete safety and inspection tasks and participate in U-Haul education.
