Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

The role includes driving, hooking up trailers, and educating customers about products and services. We offer on-the-job education and bonuses, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
