Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC Project Engineer to support the jobsite team on utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects. The role is based on a Peoria, IL jobsite with travel required, focusing on coordinating deliverables, maintaining logs, and supporting CPM scheduling to achieve project profitability and schedule goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of construction-related experience and strong English communication skills, with basic familiarity in drafting

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction-related experience or equivalent internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and document project meetings (write minutes).
• Set up and maintain electronic filing system.
• Update and maintain drawings, specifications and logs.
• Assist with CPM schedules and master CPM schedule.
• Maintain PCI logs in CMiC system.
• Review, analyze, and transmit submittals.
• Prepare submittal and procurement logs.
• Maintain a Quality Management system.
• Document punch list work.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
