Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC Project Engineer to support the jobsite team in Princeville, IL. The role coordinates project deliverables, aids in CPM scheduling, and ensures profitability and schedule adherence. Travel is required and the position is full-time on site at the Princeville project.

Responsibilities include document control, PCI logging, submittal reviews, and maintaining CMiC records while following safety and quality processes. Prior field experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects or hands-on field work.
• Understanding of construction cost accounting basics.
• Ability to estimate and schedule effectively.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and self-start.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and document minutes.
• Set up and maintain electronic filing and drawing logs.
• Update drawings, specifications and logs as needed.
• Assist with CPM schedules and master CPM updates.
• Maintain safety plans and pre-task planning processes.
• Manage document distribution and PCI logs in CMiC.
