Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks an EPC Project Engineer to join our on-site team in Peoria, IL. You will support the jobsite, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure project profitability and schedule goals. Travel to various locations is expected as part of the role.

The position requires 1–3 years of construction-related experience or internship, basic cost accounting knowledge, and the ability to read plans and specifications. CPM scheduling experience is a plus, with a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years construction-related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Basic understanding of construction cost accounting.
• Basic estimating and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and document project meetings (minutes).
• Set up and maintain electronic filing and drawing logs.
• Assist with CPM schedules and master CPM updates.
• Review submittals and PCI logs; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain PCI logs in CMiC and ensure document control.
• Support quality management and project closeout documentation.
