The role involves permitting, testing oversight, data analysis, and collaboration with operations, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• At least three years of on-site environmental compliance experience.
• Experience with environmental testing, monitoring, and regulatory reporting across multiple programs (air, water, solid waste, ash, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste).

Responsibilities

• Support air emissions, CEMS, ash, solid waste, stormwater, wastewater, and hazardous waste programs.
• Prepare and review environmental permits, renewals, and related documents.
• Review testing data and regulatory reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct environmental walkdowns at facilities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support regulatory inspection readiness and communicate technical matters clearly to teams.
• Coordinate testing with consultants, laboratories, and contractors.
