The New Mexico Department of Transportation, District Five, seeks an Associate Engineering Tech to support field inspections, materials testing and project documentation for highway construction in the Santa Fe area. You will monitor materials, prepare daily reports, handle pay quantity records for monthly estimates, and assist the Office Manager.

A valid driver's license and pre-employment requirements apply.

Good math skills.
Detail oriented and precise work.
Basic computer skills required.
Self-guided and able to follow instructions.

Mansioni

Perform project field inspections, materials testing, project documentation, office management and monitoring of various construction projects.
Monitor materials on highway construction projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications and NM DOT standards.
Prepare daily reports, pay quantities for monthly estimates, and document project activities with Site Manager.
Assist Office Manager as needed.
