Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for RapidDeploy deployments. You will lead complex customer implementations, coordinating across product, engineering, QA, and customer success to ensure successful production go-lives.

The role is remote with preference for PST/MST and requires travel to regional sites (~20%). Strong experience with enterprise SaaS deployments and multi-stakeholder environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project and/or Program Management.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, QA and customer success.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects for large/complex customer engagements.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams for project success.
• Proactively manage scope, schedule and risks throughout execution.
• Develop understanding of RapidDeploy products to support deployment and training.
• Create documentation and presentations for internal/external use.
