L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Field Engineering to lead the Tactical Data Links field service engineering team in Carlsbad, CA. You will oversee onsite integration for MIDS/NGEN TDL platforms, lead demonstrations, and coordinate training and assets while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong Link 16 expertise, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A DoD clearance is required, and a bachelor’s degree with years of related experience is expected;

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 9 years related experience; graduate degree with 7 years; in lieu of a degree, 13 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Link 16 TDL systems and products (MIDS, STT, BATS)
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; up to 10% travel domestically or internationally

Mansioni

• Leads the TDL FSE team providing onsite integration support of MIDS and NGEN TDL products on customer platforms
• Executes TDL product demonstrations at customer events and trade shows
• Coordinates maintenance, procurement, and tracking of demo assets
• Coordinates customer training for TDL products including curriculum generation and delivery
• Serves as a customer point of contact for RFIs and technical inquiries
• Manages a geographically dispersed team through planning, priority deconfliction, and capacity analysis
• Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Builds organization capability through mentorship and training
• Leads initiatives to develop and improve FSE related processes
• Hands‑on leader who can step into frontline roles to maintain productivity
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
