Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 9 years in design of high-reliability electronic radio products incl. PCB and FPGA development.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering on programs ensuring designs meet customer specs.
• Apply configuration management to design docs and technical data packages.
• Lead technical reviews, schedule, cost performance for hardware projects.
• Mentor and coach engineers; travel 5-10% may be required.
