Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across Paris/London markets with a strong focus on data, AI, and cloud solutions.

You will coach sales and pre-sales teams to win by communicating business value, shaping complex deals, and building strategic partnerships with key customers and partners in large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals.
• Experience in consumption-based business environments.
• Ability to mentor and scale technical teams.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor and grow the pre-sales team for the Qatar & Africa markets.
• Build a collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team.
• Support increased ROI of SA involvement in sales cycles.
• Ensure a solution and value-based selling within the field-engineering org.
• Engage with customer executives to build strategic partnerships.
• Align with partners and internal services to secure implementation strategies.
• Represent the company as a leadership team member across the region.
