Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, seeks a construction project manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards on multiple pipe rehabilitation projects.

You will work with field crews, manage costs, attend pre-bid and status meetings, prepare submittals, assist with scheduling and subcontract awards, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2+ years of field construction management experience or 5+ years of field construction experience on a $1MM portfolio.
• Solid understanding of MS Word & MS Excel.
• Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Responsible for pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, production rates and gross margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement.
