Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards onsite in California. You will coordinate with field crews and subcontractors, track costs, production rates and gross margins, and participate in client meetings.

Responsibilities include pre-bid site surveys, contract start-up and closeout, submittals, RFIs, scheduling, scopes of work and subcontracting, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of related field construction management experience OR 5+ years of field construction experience managing an annual portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Water/sewer or municipal experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel approximately 25%.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously. Solid understanding of the basic principles in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred Previous experience in water/sewer or municipal environment is a plus Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel Primavera and JD Edwards software experience a plus Strong focus on customer satisfaction required Must be able to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
