Job summary

Azuria Water Solutions in Jacksonville, FL seeks a capable Construction Project Manager to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards on our pipeline rehabilitation projects.

You will perform pre-bid site surveys, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, manage costs and schedules, prepare submittals, and support procurement, with travel about 25%. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required or 5+ years field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio of projects.
• 2+ years of related field construction management experience or 5+ years of field construction experience.
• Solid understanding of basic Accounting/Finance principles preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Perform pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/project start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs and maintain margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFI’s.
• Assist with scheduling jobs and awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement jobs.
