DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Field Engineer to support utility-scale solar projects across the United States. This field role connects engineering, construction, quality, and project management to ensure safety, quality, and design compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Experience creating reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with construction teams, engineering partners, subcontractors, owners, and regulatory agencies to support project execution.
• Partner with QA, Construction, and Engineering to support FAIs and verify work per drawings and specs; manage field docs.
• Generate, track, and oversee RFIs to keep schedule impacts minimal.
• Review material submittals and construction docs for compliance with project requirements.
• Support teams in identifying and mitigating construction risks and execution challenges.
• Maintain visibility into subcontractor and self-perform scope execution for quality and safety.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs, utility reps, and stakeholders throughout construction.
• Utilize drones to monitor progress and document site conditions.
