Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, seeks an Associate Field Engineer to own end-to-end turnkey project delivery, including installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of DDC systems. You will mentor junior technicians and act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires proficiency with ALC products and building automation systems, with travel as project priorities shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and insurable by the company.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of working over 8 feet and using ladders and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Turn-Key Delivery: own install, commissioning and troubleshooting of DDC systems with full software solutions.
• Technical Leadership: lead and mentor junior techs, be a trusted customer advisor.
• Risk & Coordination: partner with PMs to manage risk and ensure clear communication.
• Travel & Flexibility: travel as needed and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency & Growth: demonstrate deep proficiency with ALC products and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Project Integrity: maintain documentation and logs for safe, compliant delivery.
