FieldCore is seeking entry-level personnel through the Field Engineering Program (FEP). You will gain hands-on technical expertise, lean thinking and leadership skills while completing training and on-the-job experiences.

Travel to customer sites and support installation, maintenance, and warranty work on industrial power turbines; after graduation you may transition to a TFA role and continue growing your career in FieldCore.

Qualifications

• Technical or university degree, or 4+ years in field services.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams and interpret instrument schematics.
• English proficiency required for field communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate site activities and installations.
• Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and provide technical instruction at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports, quotes, and job status documentation.
• Coach and mentor team members; ensure safety and environmental policies.
• Travel extensively to projects and work overtime as required.
