Job summary
FieldCore, supporting GE Vernova’s One Field Services team in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Lead TFA to manage site activities, plan resources, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and calibration of power generation equipment. The role requires extensive travel, deep technical competency, and the ability to mentor and lead field teams while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Technical/University degree or 4+ years Field Services with HS diploma
- 7+ years field services or power generation maintenance
- Level III training completed
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and perform alignment
- Willingness to travel extensively
- English proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site activities
- On-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair and calibration
- Respond to emergency repairs
- Provide technical instruction to customer staff
- Prepare technical reports and time/expense sheets
- Ensure parts are shipped to the site
- Travel to projects as required
