FieldCore, part of GE Vernova, is seeking candidates for an entry-level Field Engineering Program (FEP). You will be enrolled in a structured program with hands-on on-site training, classroom curriculum, and mentorship from senior Technical Field Advisors.

During the program you’ll gain expertise in installation, maintenance, and upgrades of gas/steam turbine equipment, while traveling to customer sites and building leadership skills and Lean thinking.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualifying experience in a technical field; alternate with 4+ years in Field Services.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and drawings.
• Experience with alignment (dial/laser) and thermal growth equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime when required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate site activities and field operations.
• Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
• Respond to urgent repair requests and support customer sites.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on installations.

Connaissances

Electrical/mechanical diagrams reading

Dial and laser alignment

Thermal growth equipment handling

Strong English proficiency

Formation

Technical/University degree or qualifying experience

High School Diploma / GED with 4 years Field Services experience
