Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a SPW Field Engineer to participate in coordinating and executing Self-Perform Work activities. You will work with SPW crews and project teams to resolve field challenges and support on-schedule delivery with quality and safety in mind.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in construction management or engineering, 2–4 years of SPW experience, and OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (completion within 6 months of hire). Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.
• 2–4 years of SPW field engineering or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of SPW activities to meet project specs, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with SPW crews and project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow.
• Collect and organize SPW documents (timesheets, production reports, material logs) for accuracy.
• Identify productivity and quality issues and assist supervision in developing solutions.
• Communicate SPW field updates to project leaders and crew members.
