Job summary

Eastern Commercial, the field operations division of Eastern Companies, is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Superintendent and Project Manager across all field activities in Georgia. You will help coordinate schedules, manage site logistics, supervise daily field execution, and ensure safety and quality compliance on-site.

Responsibilities

Offer constructability input during planning and execution.
Assist with permitting processes and coordinate with local inspectors.
Support the Superintendent in developing and maintaining the Master Construction Schedule and near-term look-ahead schedules.
Maintain an organized and efficient job site to maximize productivity.
Prepare thorough daily reports and field documentation.
Lead preconstruction meetings with subcontractor foremen.
Participate in Pre-Installation Conferences with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
Manage and verify construction mock-ups per specifications and Eastern Builders’ QC manual.
Generate and close out deficiency lists throughout the project lifecycle.
