Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Field Engineer to join our Advanced Technology team on a semiconductor jobsite. This entry-level role launches a project management career, coordinating with field crews to ensure safety, schedule, and quality on assigned scopes.

You will learn to review drawings, estimate work, track progress, and maintain project records while developing practical LEAN construction fundamentals and collaboration across designers, owners, and vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Previous internship experience in construction or engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; strong Excel skills are a bonus.

Mansioni

• Learn, follow, and promote Harder's safety policies and protocols.
• Review construction drawings and compile project scope and quantities.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor field construction for compliance with plans and specs.
• Organize project records and maintain document control.
• Estimate future work and prepare work packages with labor and cost estimates.
