Job summary
DEPCOM Power is seeking a Field Engineer to support utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects across the United States. This field-based role connects engineering, construction, quality, and project management to ensure safety, design compliance, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include coordinating with construction teams, managing RFIs, reviewing drawings, and using drones to monitor progress.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with field operations and documentation.
- Valid U.S. driver''s license.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and regulators to support project execution.
- Manage RFIs and project documentation (redlines, as-builts, field reports, turnover packages).
- Review material submittals and construction drawings for compliance with requirements.
- Support risk mitigation and execution challenges through proactive coordination and communication.
- Coordinate inspections with AHJs, utility reps, and stakeholders.
