Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to meet SLAs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site fault triage and resolution to maintain fleet uptime.
• Follow structured fault diagnosis and repair protocols.
• Collaborate with field engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Respond rapidly to issues, meeting a 5-minute response time.
• Maintain clear communication with the Field Engineering Lead and ensure smooth handovers.
• Participate in on-call rotations across regions as part of a 24/7 support network.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols throughout repairs.
