Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related program (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Basic understanding of construction means and methods.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to work outdoors and in active jobsite conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting projects involving earthwork, concrete, utilities, piling, and marine/coastal restoration.
• Assisting with daily field coordination, jobsite logistics, and project documentation.
• Collecting and submitting daily job tracking documents (tickets, time sheets, invoices, etc.).
• Helping ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Supporting estimating tasks including quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and subcontractor outreach.
• Assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with scheduling, reporting, and project coordination.
• Participating in project meetings, field inspections, and progress tracking.
