Job summary

Weeks Marine, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field/Office Engineer to support construction operations along the East Coast with travel opportunities to various projects.

You will help with startup activities, scheduling, contracts administration, safety, and estimating while contributing to quality and safety on site and in the office. Required are a civil engineering degree and proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with Primavera, Solidworks, HCSS Heavy Bid, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field as listed.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Solidworks, Primavera or HCSS Heavy Bid preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of knowledge of Weeks Marine operations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in project startup, field engineering, scheduling, contracts administration, safety, and estimating.
• Prepare and review project submittals; assist with AutoCAD drawings for construction means and methods.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to an incident- and injury-free environment.
