Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting construction management on heavy civil, transportation or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, inspectors, utility owners and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide field observations and monitor conformance with contract documents and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with inspectors, designers, and contractors to review plans and submittals.
• Maintain accurate daily records, progress photos, quantities, and inspection/testing status.
