Job summary
Lockheed Martin in Arizona seeks a ground systems support engineer to join a critical technical interface team, supporting the customer on site and resolving complex issues arising from operations and maintenance.
You will perform system integration, verification and validation, and provide on-site installation and training at operational locations, troubleshooting issues with ground systems software and hardware.
Qualifications
- Experience operating / maintaining Support Equipment
- Experience with troubleshooting networks and computers
- Active Top Secret clearance with Investigation Date within 5 years
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site installation and familiarization training at operational locations.
- Troubleshoot installation and operational issues and assist Ground Systems end-users in the utilization of Ground Systems software and hardware.
- Support site surveys and site standups for new operational locations.
- Support and collaborate with customers for requested systems enhancements.
- Provides technical direction for mission support and recommends alternate operating techniques.
