Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a technically skilled professional to analyze product implementations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate on-site support. The role involves working with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with specifications and successful deployment.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to read technical diagrams, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support client operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient with troubleshooting hardware and software deficiencies and ability to perform software rebuild/reinstall procedures.
• Ability to handle up to 50 pounds for asset removal/installation at LM-STAR Test Station and ITAs.
• Interpret technical drawings/diagrams and translate to hardware assemblies in the test station.
• Proficient with hand tools for maintenance and repair of electronics assemblies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player capable of handling high volume, multi-task work within deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements per customer spec.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and determines solutions with product and customer specs.
• Provides technical training and product briefings to customers, vendors and staff.
• Acts as local on-site representative to the customer organization.
