Job summary

Graham Construction, a 3G Company, is seeking a Field Engineer to support project teams on a field site in Eastern Iowa. You’ll learn construction fundamentals, assist with budgeting, procurement, RFIs, and submittals, and work closely with field leaders to deliver quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating with superintendents, trade partners, and project managers while promoting Graham’s safety policies and core processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn building fundamentals with the superintendent and foreman.
• Assist budgeting, bidding, procurement log, RFIs, and COs.
• Provide input in Pre and 1st Installation Verification meetings with trade partners.
• Complete procurement log and submittals in a timely manner.
• Ensure equipment and material arrive at the jobsite per schedule.
• Promote, enforce, and train trade partners on Graham’s safety policies.
