Job summary

Graham Construction, a 3G Company, is hiring a Field Engineer to learn building fundamentals on active projects and support the project team from site operations to completion.

You will assist with budgeting, procurement, RFIs, and schedules while working closely with field leaders to ensure quality work on time and within cost. Emphasis on safety and strong communication across teams is required, with in-field learning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management/related degree is preferred.
• Great verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Extremely detail-oriented; strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn building fundamentals and codes with the superintendent and foreman.
• Assist with project budgeting, bidding, buyouts, procurement logs, RFIs, and certificates of occupancy.
• Provide input in Pre and 1st Installation Verification meetings with trade partners.
• Complete procurement log and submittals timely; ensure equipment and materials arrive as scheduled.
• Promote Graham safety policies; conduct safety walks and report findings.
• Learn labor and material reporting; analyze money and manpower for activities.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook.
• Follow Graham Core Processes and jobsite checklists.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, trade partners and industry representatives.
