Purpose: The purpose of the Graham Construction, a 3G Company Internship Program, is to provide a training and educational opportunity for selected college students. The overall objective of this program is to develop well-trained individuals to prepare them for their future career as eventual field or project leaders. In addition to training, the internship program is an effort to retain potential long-term employees whose experience and Core Values match those of Graham Construction, a 3G Company.

Note - This is a field-based position and will be placed throughout the Eastern Iowa region. This position will not be an in-office role.
