Job summary

Vatn Systems in Bristol, Rhode Island, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical support and assist customers with their autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or customer success engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of embedded systems, comfortable reading logs and understanding system architecture.
• Experience supporting hardware in demanding field environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical support experience for a portfolio of customers.
• Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
