Job summary

Encode, Inc. (a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft) is seeking a Field Engineer/Integration & Test to operate Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and related systems on-site in Fall River, MA.

You will lead hands-on support, training, and testing with customers, and travel to locations as needed to ensure program success. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and software diagnostic skills, plus the ability to work from ships or offshore platforms and manage complex mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
• Graduate degree preferred with at least 2 years related experience.
• Must be physically able to work on swaying vessel decks and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate AUVs in complex environments including commercial ships and vessels.
• Troubleshoot/maintain electrical, mechanical, and software sensors/systems of AUVs.
• Provide on-site SME support, training, and on-site testing with customers.
