Job summary

Kiewit is hiring a Lead Field Engineer to oversee performance across multiple construction teams within the Power district. You will manage safety, client relations, and project delivery, coordinating preconstruction and estimating efforts while guiding staff and resources to meet objectives.

You will travel as needed and collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and growth in power construction projects across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in power construction or related markets.
• Experience as Project Manager or Director of construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and Nobody Gets Hurt initiatives.
• Provide senior management for multiple construction teams.
• Manage preconstruction, estimating and proposal development processes.
• Develop strategies for new business opportunities and client relationships.
