Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Eng, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and owner specs.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling/cost tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects.
  • Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution.
  • Ensure quality control, manage and track costs, purchase materials, and maintain equipment logistics.
  • Administer safety programs per the 'Nobody Gets Hurt' philosophy.
  • Foster relationships with owners and stakeholders.
  • Support both administrative and field operations: review drawings/specs, perform material takeoffs, prepare cost estimates.
  • Supervise subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, uphold construction standards.
