Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and owner specifications.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control techniques.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to plan, estimate, and schedule construction projects.
• Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution.
• Ensure quality control, manage costs, purchase materials, and maintain logistics.
• Administer safety programs per Nobody Gets Hurt philosophy.
• Foster relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Support administrative and field operations: review drawings, takeoffs, prepare cost estimates.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
