Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to maintain POS, broadband, PC and telephone system hardware across Kentucky and Southwest Virginia. The role requires travel to restaurants in the assigned region and on-site support for service calls and upgrades.

You will provide technical assistance to restaurant staff and the Help Desk, manage equipment transport, and support new equipment rollouts and remodels while upholding the company’s values and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of POS, broadband, PC and telephone system hardware.
• Provide weekend support and on-site service calls.
• Assist Help Desk with technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware in restaurants and major remodels.
• Transport parts and maintain an adequate inventory for repairs.
• Perform system upgrades and respond to regional staffing needs.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times.
