Job summary

Bluberi is seeking a Field Services Technician to service gaming equipment across customer sites in Kentucky and surrounding areas. The role involves installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs with a focus on returning units to full operation in the field.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in electronics/field work, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel is required, with overnight stays possible, and a company vehicle is provided for work

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical/IT training a plus.
4+ years electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience.
Knowledge of casino gaming industry is a strong plus.
Ability to operate tools safely and follow detailed manuals.

Responsibilities

Respond to dispatches and repair gaming equipment at customer sites.
Inventory management of parts and tools; process part transfers and orders.
Perform preventative maintenance and on-site diagnostics to ensure system uptime.
Document all activities, times, expenses and post-installation reports.
