Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communicator with written and verbal skills.
• Team player who can take initiative and lead when needed.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site Superintendent and Foreman with a variety of tasks.
• Track quantities and verify material usage on site.
• Help track materials inventory and ensure correct locations.
• Learn building layout and site survey techniques on projects.
• Organize, store, and maintain project tools and equipment.
• Participate in safety audits and on-site safety meetings.
• Support coordination of material deliveries and schedule activities.
• Assist with RFI writing and documentation of observations.
• Support subcontractor coordination and scheduling efforts.
• Join weekly coordination meetings and contribute to planning.
