Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4–7 years commercial Security Systems cabling experience (Card Access, CCTV, CATV and Intrusion).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Ability to read and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must meet driving standards and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems in a senior service support role.
• Test, troubleshoot system components, and verify field connections and workmanship.
• Create shop drawings and submittals for new project kickoff.
• Oversee technical aspects, perform quality checks, and generate punch lists.
• Assist sales with product demonstrations and field change orders.
• Coordinate site walks, document existing conditions, and support bids for proposals.
