Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a Field Engineer I to lead maintenance trades, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and support complex projects. You will supervise technicians, manage work schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a DoD-focused environment.

Requirements include an associate degree or military equivalent, 4+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or formal academic/vocational training or military equivalent.
• Four or more years of technical/professional experience in the specialty field.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance trades section and mentor personnel.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, installs, and projects.
• Prepare and review Local Work Cards and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Support projects with detailed instructions and act as section SME for primary trade.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, respond to inquiries, and attend leadership meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with QA, safety requirements, and training.
